The ECF Pre-school Bursary was introduced to assist pre-school children from low-income families, including those who enrol in other pre-schools such as PCF Sparkletots. We do this so that they may have a better start on their learning journey.

ECF supports youths in pursuing tertiary education by providing monthly allowance sponsorships that alleviate financial pressures, allowing them to focus on their academic journey and future goals.

ECF Youth Study Sponsorship provides for the basic foundation upon which youth can lead stable lives while pursuing an education. It will help to bridge the gap between their aspirations and reality.

The ECF Youth Study Sponsorship includes the following benefits:

• Tuition fees from approved institutions

• School-related expenses: Registration fees, Book allowance, Laptop, Transport & food allowance
